It’s International Painted Dog Day!

International Painted Dog Day and National Dog Day are celebrated each year on August 26th.  You can learn all about the dog family and painted dogs, also known as African Wild Dogs, in the replay of my live, online workshop below.

I will lead you through some drawing exercises where we will practice sketching domestic dogs and then we will create a colored pencil drawing of the African Wild Dog, which is one of the world’s most endangered mammal!
